In East Africa, over 85% of internet traffic is mobile. If your website takes more than 3 seconds to load on a mid-range Android phone, you have already lost the visit. Test your site on a real mobile device, not just by shrinking a browser window.

You advertise. Someone enquires. You reply eventually. They have moved on. This cycle kills businesses. Even a simple WhatsApp automation or a follow-up email template can dramatically increase your conversion rate from enquiry to signed client.
